I’ve seen the chef make his world championship gumbo as well as many other of his award winning dishes from a behind-the-scenes perspective. His attention to detail is at the highest level. I’ve also tasted his culinary creations and every single one is absolutely mouth watering. I would recommend his food to anyone and I would put his dishes and his skill up against any chefs’ cooking I’ve had the pleasure of tasting and/or worked with in the industry. Chance is a perfectionist, which is always a mark of great chef.
